tests for EventGenerator interface being implemented. This has to be overriden in classes that subclass EventGenerator. Due to inheritance raints it cannot be done automatically. Returns: a pointer to the EventGenerator interface, or NULL if it is not implemented Reimplemented from ot::Node.
