Spatial Neuroinformatics for Functional Localization

Overview

The aim of spatial neuroinformatics is to support the information processing aspects of the Neurosurgery Core, and its primary focus concerns the localization of important functional areas, pre-operatively and intra-operatively, including representations of uncertainty in location. Progress in this project was focused in three areas: fmri pooling, group registration, and MEG/fMRI fusion, as detailed below. dissemination of our enhanced imaging libraries to the broader IGT community and to provide expertise on their use in supporting IGT applications. We aim to broaden the network of users and developers who can benefit from our work as well as to join with us in tailoring these libraries to best address the needs of the IGT community.
