EPI Distortion Correction
Assess the impact of EPI distortion on FMRI analysis in the context of neurosurgical planning (w/ Neurosurgery Core). Evaluate the efficacy of current EPI distortion correction technology available in standard FMRI analysis software such as FSL and SPM. Compare results of EPI-to-structural registration with and without distortion correction in at least ten subjects.
